A very delicate and subtle varietal pisco, made with Moscatel grapes. Works great in cocktails such as the classic Sol y Sombra, made with ginger ale and cherry liquor.
Tasting Notes:
It reminds aromas and tastes of almonds, nuts, herbs, flowers and citric fruits.
ACHOLADO
700ml – 40% alc/vol
A versatile special blend of piscos achieved by our in-house enologists. It suites excellent as an alternative spirit in almost all classic cocktails. Traditionally used for the Chilcano cocktail (similar to moscow mule).
Tasting Notes:
Complex and balanced. On the nose and mouth it reminds floral, citric fruits, berries and dry fruit flavors.
