Unique of its kind since it is made from “Quebranta” grapes, a variety which only grows in the coast of Peru. We start the elaboration process by cropping the best selected grapes on land. Our handcrafted distillation process is made in small Portuguese copper stills. Brandy “Don David” is aged 7 years in French Oak barrels.
