A fine spirit made from Quebranta grapes, a unique variety that only grows in the peruvian terroir. Quebranta pisco is typically used in the iconic Pisco Sour cocktail and the Capitan cocktail (Pisco, vermouth rosso and bitters).
Tasting Notes:
A full-bodied spirit and easy to drink at the same time. Shows notes of bananas, apple, cacao and citric fruits.

A versatile special blend of piscos achieved by our in-house enologists. It suites excellent as an alternative spirit in almost all classic cocktails. Traditionally used for the Chilcano cocktail (similar to moscow mule).

Complex and balanced. On the nose and mouth it reminds floral, citric fruits, berries and dry fruit flavors.
